Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hey Kat,

It was Kuwait National Day yesterday, and today is the Liberation Day (from the Iraqi invasion) so it's a holiday here.

Yesterday my food was pretty good until 7:00PM then I screwed up completely wako I don't dare to post it here!

Hey Kat how do you prepare the wasabi food? are they already cooked? are the wasabi nuts the japanese rice nuts? I'm looking for hi-protein recipes but not fish please.

I got fed up with the grilled chicken, and beef stakes or fajita's!
want something new

Thanks
Hanadi
