What I ate and will eat today (I'm at work til midnight and its all packed!)
Breakfast:
1 egg
1 oz cheese
1/2 thin bagel
2 thin strips bacon
snack:
1 oz cheese
peanut buter protein bar
Lunch:
1 cup of chili
1 oz of cheese
5 small slices of apple
1/2 oz peanut butter
snack:
1 hard boiled egg
Dinner:
4 oz of chicken with sugar free apricot glaze
1/2 cup peas
Snack:
1/2 thin bagel with spreadable laughing cow cheese
A lot of times I end up having a sugar-free popccicle or a small Fiber One yogurt when I get home from work (at 1 am!)
Sometimes I feel like I eat too much because of how frequently I eat. It's good to see it written out to remind myself of what a small amount it actually is. My weight loss has slowed down considerabley, too. I've lost 90 lbs in 7 months, but 80 of those pounds came off in 5 months. In the past 2 months I have lost 10 pounds. It doesn't really worry me, because its not like I could have kept losing at the pace I was. Plus, I look good, I could actually stay here and be fine with it, because I wear a size 14, which is what I wore in high school. But, I am so used to losing now, I feel like I should still be!

You eat pretty much the same as I do. I ALWAYS feel like a heffer and that I am eating SO much food, but we just have to remind ourselves that if we think our tiny portions are too big, that's a brain rewiring that was well done! Step back and say hey, that is NOTHING is comparison to what I used to eat, it's healthy, and most importantly I'M healthy. Good job

I feel the same way. I pack my lunch and snacks every night, between the drinking and eating I feel like I am either eating or drinking at work, but my co-workers tell me I barely eat. Some of them have had WLS so it's great support, but yes, I too feel like I am eating more than I should. I'd like to lose a few more pounds, but I'm pretty close to where I was over 30 years ago, so THAT feels great.

In some ways we are eating alot in our minds...cause many of us just ate one big meal a day, not that we ate right choices but we ate one, where now we eat thru out the day, quite a head game at times, your doing great mango, and yes your at the place where we slow down..but it does slowly keep dropping off if we use our tools...good luck
