Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Morning everyone!
Chuppy, have you tried soy-milk? The kind I get has 7 prot. and when I mix it with my protein drink I have 27prot! I love it. It seems to be thicker on the tounge then milk and actually tastes very close to a milk shake. (especially when I add SF hazelnut syrup)!

B) Protein & coffee
B) baked shrimp
L) caesars salad w/flank steak, shrimp, baked turnip & carrot
S) protein bar

first of all what is the SF hazelnut syrup? does it have sugar in it? well the Soy milk is available in Kuwait market plane or flavored. I remember I tried the chocolate flavor when I was on Atkins pre-op I actually liked it. But I'm a bit hesitant now because most of the soy products like yogurts or flav milk have sugar in them. But I can imagine if I add sugar free flavor to it would be absolutely yummi!
Thanks for the suggestion honey pie eehhmowaahhhh :*

I'm with you for a new month of loosing! My goal for this month is to make it to the gym at least 3 times a week! I gotta get this body ready for another summer! Another goal is to start tracking everything that goes into my mouth to make myself more conscious of what I am doing!!!

So far today:

Early morning (5:00 am): Banana

Breakfast (9:45 am): Omlet with bacon and cheese

Hopefully there will be no snacks today!

Lunch (1:30 pm): Chicken breast with mustard and an apple

Dinner: I haven't really thought about it yet.

Yes Chuppy...SF=sugar free in KAT language lol. The soy milk that I drink has no sugar in it. It has 80 cal. and 7gm. protein per cup.
