L: 1/4 whole grain arabic bread stuffed with ground beef (arayes), 2 kebba. FF butter milk

S: apple

D: hotdog mini sandwich, cheese nachos with salsa

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

Nothing for me today so far...........can't wait to get my coffee!!!!!!!!

Yesterday for me:

B: Natur Valley Peanut Butter Breakfast bar
L: Small piece of pizza: Did not eat the crust
Baked Lays
S: Peanut Butter/Cheese crackers
D: Shephard's pie

S: Few Cappucino cookies..........I know, bad, but PMS is here.......hence the HUNGER ALL DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I crave salt and sugar for a week!!!!

Now, if I could only get back to drinking water. I have been getting only about 20 ounces a day.

Today
6am coffee no protein ,,ran out of chocolate and dont feel like vanilla lol
B scrambled egg with cheese, mini bagel and 2 strawberries

yesturday
