| WLS Master Guru | Nothing for me today so far...........can't wait to get my coffee!!!!!!!! Yesterday for me: B: Natur Valley Peanut Butter Breakfast bar L: Small piece of pizza: Did not eat the crust Baked Lays S: Peanut Butter/Cheese crackers D: Shephard's pie S: Few Cappucino cookies..........I know, bad, but PMS is here.......hence the HUNGER ALL DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I crave salt and sugar for a week!!!! Now, if I could only get back to drinking water. I have been getting only about 20 ounces a day. Have a good one!!!!!!!!!!!!! S |
