Goodmorning....

Hope everyone is doing well. Weather is warmer today, a little rain but thats ok,,ITS WARMER lol

To early yet today, just having my coffee but yesturday..

B Egg scrambled with cheese, mini bagel and 2 strawberries
coffee
L half of a french bread pizza
Coffee
D slice of pizza
S popcorn

Was really in a pizza mood, however only had half of the french bread one and the one i had for dinner was mostly cheese very thin crusted.

Hope i do better today!

S) 1 T bp, 1 pb gs cookie
D) 3oz. smoked turkey, wasabi peas, 1 truffle

OK Breakfast was a scrambled egg with cheese, 2 pieces of bacon and half a mini bagel.

on todays menu we had B-protien with water L- 1/2 hot dog no bun D- 1/4c. taco meat with tomatoes and cheese some taco sauce. we went to see 300 today so i had to eat some popcorn only about 3 handfulls. i think that ruined the day cause then i had to take a nap (dumping) I woke up hungry so i had some seeds. I did drink 2 and 1/2 bottles of water though So i did do something right. tomorrow is another day to make it right.
