Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hey lisamarie
I'm OK, haven't gone to the GYM now for 3 days and feel so guilty! I dunno I don't feel well maybe the PMS, I gained 1.5k's and feel bloated/swelling
I can see that in my hand fingers and toes!

How about you? the weather is getting better in NY? Oh I wanna see NY once in my life, are you girls really gathering this year? when? where?

I owe you the protein because I've been using the whey protein brand you told me and since that time I add it to my coffee, hot coco, raspberry shakes. in fact I just got the delivery last night. I tried the chocolate and just got the strawberry flavor. It's so smooth and dissolves easily. the taste is fantastic.

Wow look at your ticker -3lbs left!!! LisaMarie you're an icon and an inspiration to me.

Love you a bunch,
Happy loosing everyone!
Hanadi

Hanadi, i am so happy you enjoy that protein...it really is the best one in my opinion and sometimes you get what you pay for..lol.....

Yes i just noticed my ticker on the bottom...cant believe i am below my surgeons goal, never in my life did i ever think i would be able to acomplish this. However i have gotten lazy and careless as well in food and exercise choices. I am very lucky i live in the city and get lots of walking in...that is what saves me i think. It would be wonderful if you could come to nyc and visit. There is a group of ladies in the park from your neck of the woods, one of their sons goes to school with my soon to be 5 year old. I have to ask them exactly what parts they are from. I think of you every time i see them. Now look at you , you have done an amazing job as well and you too are such an inspiration to me as well. I love watching the success of others and that is what keeps me motivated and positive as well. You are such a beautiful woman, inside and out. Keep up the great work.

Amy,
The Protein shake LM and I are talking about is called Jay Robb's Whey Protein. This is their website Jay Robb , I buy the shakes online, it's a secured website.

I hope you'll like it as much I do. I tried the chocolate flavor though it's yummi, I also ordered the strawberry but haven't tried it yet. will keep you spoted

Happy loosing

Wow yma...you think unjury is gritty? I have never had that problem. In fact one of the reasons that I like it so much is that it is smooth. Do you give it ftime to dissolve? Did it always act like this for you? Just curious as to what we could be doing different..

B) Yogurt, fiber 1, 1 cheese
L) turkey, alf alfa sprouts, wild rice & fresh veggies, spinach tortilla wrap
S) pork rinds, bite of pizza
S) strawberries
D) shrimp, scallops, .5ww bread
S) pizza
S) 2 eggs, 1 cheese, wwpita
YIKES!!! I'm a bottomless pit today!!!

Kat:

I actually have been mixing it with carnation instant breakfast. That may be making it gritty Im going to try it today without. Do you mix the unflvored with anything. I tried mixing it with soup and it clumped up...tasted grose. Maybe I put too much in I put in a whole scoop but I havent tried it since.

According to the directions there is a temp. limit on the the mixing. Maybe that is why it is clumping for you. I mix it with cold to warm things only.
