Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Oh Kat

Have I told you that I did your advice and tried the coffee with soy milk, it's different but hmmm I don't know didn't like it like my LF milk, chocolate flavor PP (Protein Powder) and little LF coffee mate, one packet splenda. I beat the whole thing with the brown food processor it makes a foam like the cuppuccino add the coffee and microwave heat it.

Yum yum

I also use the strawberry PP with the frozen raspberries or strawberries with LF milk, and little SF orange juice yum yum

Will try the soy milk with the pina colada PP might be nice if I add little fresh pineapple fruit or juice.

Cheers,
Hanadi

Hey Chuppy. I have my Soymilk with my protein and sometimes a little yogurt and/or fruit. I think it's rather yum. Not sure how I'd like the soy in coffee. Ciao for now.

WOW Hanadi,
What a workout...it's making me tired just reading about it!
I didn't do too well today on the eating thing. I'm afraid my old psychology is rearing it's ugly head. I subconsciously believe that I have to suffer to lose weight, so I go too long without eating.

B: coffee w/half and half
L: 1/3 of a roast beef flatbread sandwich w/ chips
D: 2 thin slices of cheese pizza.
I also had a 20 oz gataorade throughout the day.

Not great, but I have been super busy today. We are showing our house tomorrow, so I've been frantically cleaning! That's why we ate out x 2 today.
I'll try to make up for it tomorrow. Try to get some veggies in.

Tammy,

Yes I had a headache this morning when I read my workout schedule yesterday hehehehe

You know that we all fall off the wagon, I personally fall 2 days ago and ate and ate and ate non stop to comfort myself and that brought back the picture of me in the past which hurt me so bad. So I decided to get my fat butt out of the house and do something about it! so I started again the GYM and Gosh I feel so good now!

I know exactly how stressful it is for you and for the family to move! that's by itself another level of stress! and if you're spending a lot of time cleaning (it's a workout by itself) it doesn't hurt if you add a meal, you burned it already hehehe

Love,
Hanadi

Chuppy Girl,

How do you have so much time to work out. You must spend 2-3 hours exercising. That is great, but I don't have that much extra time.

Jbarfield yes my workout takes around that time. Honestly I found it hard to have the energy and the time to do that during the working days especially my work finish around 3:30PM and to reach home I get around 4:00PM I feel so exhausted after work! so this week I didn't go to the GYM, today and tomorrow is a weekend in Kuwait. so I got to make it up for the days I missed them.

I'm planning if I won't have the time to drive and go to the GYM next week I will jog/bike at home. I have the machines available, so there are no excuses!

Happy losing everyone
Love,
Hanadi
