Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Moring everyone 7:00AM protein coffee B: green tea with mint, small hotdogs S: whole wheat toast with cheese spread and green tea with mint L: 2 Burgal kebba, 1/2 chicken breast glazed with orange S: Tuna salad, skimmed cafe late D: 1/2 pizza slice (thin) left the crust out, 1 glass diet coke (sorry) S: 1 diabetic chocolate shell (tasted like the fancy Belgium chocolate) from Boots My GYM was not that great! I did 20 min's bike, and 24 min's treadmill. I wasn't in the mood of exercising today!

B) Cin. toast, cheese, 1/4c. wasabi nuts L) Veggie burger, 1 lf cheese, 1 thin slice pizza, 1/3 protein bar I have already hit 800cal. today and it isn't quite noon. Going to go and try to do a little re-centering. Will report back later... D) Asparagus w/balsamic vin. S) Protein, yogurt, soymilk.
