7:00AM green tea with mint
B: 1 whole wheat toast with lite cheese spread.
plenty of Water, coffee
L: beef, kebab, chicken chunks, pineapple slices, strawberry and kiwi
S: again coffee and lots of coffee
S: apple, cucumber/yogurt salad, nuts, few tea sips (ouch my stomach!)

I had a rough technical day!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
