Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

Wow Michele I'm impressed. You have the plan for the whole day!

Well yesterday I pegged like I've never in my WL life..so let's take out this day out of my calender hehehe

We have the construction guys in my house doing the bathrooms, kitchen, even the exterior of the house..so it's tough to cook healthy food and I had no other resources except junk food!! I know this is not an excuse but, I promise to be better today


7:00AM coffee
B: egg omelet with green tea
S: peanuts and coffee

I will go to the GYM today if God wills. I haven't gone for 5 days now

L: apple, peanuts, green tea with mint
D: taco chicken salad with green tea with mint
I went to the GYM and did: 1 hour jogging at 5.9-7.7km/hr, 40 min's bike, 10 min's stair climbing. wanted to do more but Maha and I spent a lot of time gossiping while eating our salads hehehehe
