Good morning beautiful ladies.

Ohhh I feel so good today! I stretched my diet to the limit yesterday and I did it without a struggle! I think I used to eat more than what I should be!

We will have a long weekend this week, Saturday will be the anniversary of Prophet Mohammad B-day (Peace be abon him) so many people here are planning for a vacation! I will kill myself in the GYM to make it up for the 5 days that I missed!

8:00AM protein coffee
B: 1 boiled egg
S: green tea with mint, peanuts
L: taco chicken salad in the GYM
S: Raspberry protein shake.
D: Burger sandwich

--------------------------------------
but I will do the following in the GYM
1) 20 min's fat burning bike
2) 60 min's jogging at 5.9-7.7-8.3km/hr
3) 7 min's stair climbing
4) 20 min's fat burning bike
5) 8 min's stair climbing
6) weight lifting and abs ex's (for an hour)
7) 10 min's stair climbing
8) 20 min's fat burning bike
9) aqua-aerobics for an hour

Tot: 3:25 min's of workout WOW!!!

Tot: 4:25 min's of workout WOWWWW!!!

Thanks. yes I feel great after the workout.
Today I was so tired, every time I do one type of Ex. I say to myself this will be the last one but I move to the next one but with hard effort.
I did all as planned except for the aqua-aerobics I wore myself out!

Thanks girls,

Kat you know, last night I had muscles aches I was about to cry! I don't know how did I eat my dinner last night because even my jaws were hurting me! I wanted to test my capacity for a workout! So I was to the max of my power! I think if I have rested after the last ex's I had my lunch, maybe if I have rested for a while I could have done the aqua-aerobics. I'll try it tomorrow (the gym is closed on Fridays ughhh)

How about you? how is your leg doing hone?
