1) 20 min's fat burning bike
2) 60 min's jogging at 5.9-7.7-8.3km/hr
3) 7 min's stair climbing
4) 20 min's fat burning bike
5) 8 min's stair climbing
6) weight lifting and abs ex's (for an hour)
7) 10 min's stair climbing
8) 20 min's fat burning bike
9) aqua-aerobics for an hour

Tot: 4:25 min's of workout WOWWWW!!! (My goal but might not do it)

Girls, today was my first class at the aqua-aerobics (Noodles). The instructor gave us like Foam big Noodle shape pipe for the ex. and OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! this workout is soooooooooo beautiful and funnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!! I laughed so much plus the instructor is so nuts she's made the class so crazy and fun.

Darn her classes are every Sat, Mon, Wed at 3:15PM, I get out of the office at 3:00 and it's a 25min's drive I won't be able to attend her classes alas!

I enjoyed it, she made me love the class.

if you have it in your area GOOOOO FOR ITTTTTTTTTT!!!

Glad to hear you found a class you enjoy...that always helps keep us motivated.

Well i had the pizza for lunch, only ate half a slice ....and now im cooking chicken cutlets mixed veggies and some ravioli for the kiddies....oh and some baked chicken legs, cleaned out the frig lol....having an achieve one drink as i type....
