Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Good afternoon everyone. at least it's a noon time in the eastern side of the globe khekhekhekhe 7:00AM green tea with mint B: 2 hard boiled eggs with green tea again (eekhhh I'm not an egg person and boiled too ughhhh) S: coffee, 1 1/2 water I think) S: coffee, apple Ohh boy I feel like I have eaten a cow!!!!!!! these eggs have plugged my apatite I think hehehe cool! L: ground beef musaka'a with mixed grilled veg sute S: Jasmine tea, peanuts D: 1/3 iranian whole wheat bread with cheese, tomato,red chili powder, olive oil S: Red Tea with skimmed milk.
