Morning ladies and gentle men

7:00AM coffee
B: 2 hard boiled eggs
S: green tea with mint
S: peanuts, coffee
S: french oinion instant soup, apple, peanuts again
L: baked potato/chicken pie

GYM: 1hr pilate-begginer, 1hr tread mill, 1hr aqua aerobics (noodles), 1hr Aqua-aerobics (Tot. of 2 hrs workout I hope!)

D1: chicken taco salad (Before the aqua aerobics and felt hungry after wards!)

D2!!!!!!!!!: 1 1/2 ww toast with white cheese, olive oil, cucumber, tomato GOSH I'm still hungry!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Chuppy, your sounding Chipper!!! YAY. I'm 'feelin ya. Me too. I'm staritng weight training this week and I already have a massage scheduled for mid week lol.

B) Chicken breast, lf cheese, lf ww tortilla
L/D Ham, asparagus, sweet potato
Dessert- gotta call a spade a spade here...2 malt balls, 6 chocolate covered peanuts, a few dry roasted nuts, 10 mini-marsmellow dipped in belgium chocolate, 4 jellbeans 8 triskets
I caved with the chocolate.
