S's: Peanuts, coffee, strawberries, instant french onion soup, FF strawberry yogurt, apple. wow I'm not sure if I am eating snaks a lot or not?! but I eat them from 9:00 to 3:00 and delay my lunch at ~4:00PM to eat with hubby. am I snacking too much?!
L: at the office, I ordered mixed grill with hummus. had maybe 4 bites and felt full.
I'll order lunch in the office from now on!

S: green tea while driving to the GYM

GYM schedule
----------------------
40 min's treadmill
30 min's bike
20 min's stair climbing ( I climbed 62 floors hehehe how cool is that!)
1 hr Abdominal-begin
1 hr Aerobics-begin

I feel so happy about my workout today, I was soooooooo devoted and sincere. hehehe the instructor of the last class (was at 8:00PM almost the last class in the GYM when she saw me in her class she under estimated me and asked me is this your first time in Aerobics, she thought that she won't do this class and hoping that I say yes my 1st! heheheh I answered nope! then couple of ladies joined as well so she had no excuse but to run the class. Anyhow she kept an eye on me I wanted really to impress her!! I worked every bit and piece in her class and Gosh it wasn't for the beginners! it was advanced and has very quick movements and require to recall the cumulative sequence that builds up one after the other! anyhow I recalled and pushed myself to the limit at the end of the class she smiled at my face and thanked me heheheh I guess I knocked her head..what a cooky instructor I guess we'll become friends hehehe!
LOVED THE CHALLENGE YEPPIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII

D: 1/2 cucumber, Tuna Salad

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I agree littlelisamarie

hey ladies show the courage and write down what you eat?! Girls you know when you write it, you can see weather you eat a lot or little!! I skip writing the off meals (most probably Dinner) because I used to behave the whole day and get crazy at night.

Sometimes I skip one whole crazy day, but next day I get back on the track and keep writing.

Come on everyone, please participate here pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Hi Everyone: This is what I'm eating to-day Breakfast - small glass of 2% milk 2 melba toasts with peanit butter - snack 2 cheese sticks Lunch 1 small salad with shredded carrots and purple cabbage (no gas so far) Supper - pickeral fish - asparagus and night snack of 1 fat free yogart. Please let me know if this sounds OK as my scales has been at a standstill for about a week - could be Easter as well because I had a small pc of banana pie. Thanks again for all the support - Garda Ontario Canada.
