Well sorry I was a bit late in posting this, mainly because I was out in the GYM and aaahhh it's another productive day

7:00AM coffee
B: 1 ww toast with 1 scrambled egg, tomato and cucumber slices
S: peanuts, apple

GYM schedule:
-------------------
1 hr noodles (hydro-aerobics)
1 hr hydro-aerobics (advanced)
1 hr Hydro-Aerobics basics
-------------------------------------
Total 3 hours workout

L: Chicken Tacko salad, green tea with mint
S: Raspberry protein shake
D: husband took me out to the Ritz: golden mushroom for the appetizer, white wrap chicken wrap

Hi Chuppy! I was running this morning also with kiddies, one sick two to my moms and one to school then i had to work for a bit today...and i got all wet this morning...oh well thats life i guess ....

6am coffee
breakfast scrambled egg with swiss and half banana
a few pretzle rods small ones
lunch half of a mcdonalds cheeseburger, plain with a couple of fries
coffee

and thats it so far.....hope everyone is staying dry.

Hi guys...Chuppy 3 hrs. of workout. You must be really getting toned. All I'm doing so far is walking...and so it goes as my favorite author Kurt used to write.

Ohhh sorry LM about the kids sickness. Nothing I hate as much as the babies illness My prayers for fast recovery

Kat yes, I feel sooooooo good especially my upper body (shoulder, upper arm, bicep) are so tones now. Of course I still have batty arms but I can see the tones muscle were the fat is so little. I'm focusing on the legs, bums, and abs. Trying to at least workout 3 hours a day, if I still have the energy and time I aim for +4 hours.

I started with less than one hour walking too .The maximum I could do was 40 min's with 10 min's bike, and I added 5 min's to the walking program. and every week I increase the speed as well. Now the fasted I could do is 8.8-9.0 km/hr but I need to hold the handles. I walk in general between 5.9-6.5km/hr but I go to max speed like 4-5 times in between my slow walks depends on the type of the music I'm listening too I follow it!

My favorite workout is the stair climbing!First time I did it took me 3-5 min's and I was almost fainting out! and now I'm so proud to tell you I can go for 20-30 min's this means I can climb 93 floors AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

My second favorite class is the Aerobics on air and in water ! of course the impact on the back and the legs in the water is less sand safer!

Don't worry Kitty Kat you'll be there, just give your body and muscles the time!
