Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Good morning Chuppy--just starting my day out-for breakfast I had some decafe coffee and oatmeal with bananna. Hope you had a good workout today!! You have a beautiful spirit--I can see that even though I have been here a short time. Thank you for the encouragement!! DianeB

Hi all--hope you are all having a good day. Here's my food chart so far
B-soft boiled egg-decafe tea
L-2 OZ. tuna w/low fat mayo--water
mid-day snack--4 oz. protein drink
D--(2 0z. Cod Fish--2 Tbsp. sweet potatoes--1/4 c chicken broth

Can anyone tell me why I am having such problems having a bowel movement? It's been quite a while since I went on my own. I realize not consuming much (as compared to before) but I am eatting. Where the heck is it going?? LOL Thanks for your help. Chuppy, writing my meals down have always helped me in the past also. Happy Surgerversary to you!! Has this year gone by fast for you? Hope everybody is having a good day. DianeB

Yes, that happens.
Changed plumbing is the cause. Ask your surgeon if you can use a laxative, or maybe drink smooth move tea, or something of the like. Put your Q in the Stupid Q forum, you are sure to get a lot of reactions and As.
