Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Hello to all. I'm the case that the doctors never talk about. I have lost to much weight. (249lbs to 128lbs-in 14 months) I get up at 5:30am & drink some coffee. 7:30a-1 poached egg on 1 wheat toast & small glass of milk,12:30p Deli roast beef sandwich (on 2 wheat bread) small ice tea(no sugar or lemon)10a- snack 1 4inch banana. And afternoon snack coming up of Crackers & peanut butter. (I can not tolerate the instant breakfast or the protien drinks!!!Immediately in the bathroom. The same with anythin made with artificial sweetners) BUT staying away from junk foods & fats. (I learned that real quick after I started eating again) However I do love being small.(size 8 instead of 22) I'm a totally different person. Lots of energy, more outgoing.Ellie

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Hello Ellie and everyone, boy you have done terrific Ellie, what kind of exercise program are you on or are you on one? Sounds like you are eating good. I hope I have as much luck losing weight as you have have--You must feel so good about yourself!! Anyways, here is my food list so far today-- 6:30 am-decafe tea 8:00 am-protein drink w/ 1/4 c bananna 10:00 am- 1 tbsp. tuna w/ low fat mayo 1:00 pm--1/2 c butternut squash pureed soup It's rainy and gloomy here in Ct. too Hope you all have a great weekend!!
