Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Today was not the best day but I think I ate the most I have in a long time which is better for me no matter what the choices!

coffee this morning same ole 1/2 & 1/2 sweetner 9packets mixed of splenda & nutrasweet
1/2 bagel egg/ham/cheese sandwich at my coffee shop
--after my interview it'd been toooo long since I ate and I had a packet of PB cookies then got home and had some cheese..did ok with that.
daughter and I went to mexican, had 2 corn tortillas with salsa and 2 small..itty bitty geez! wedges of quesadillas with cheese/spinach
...drank close to 60 oz of different liquids mainly crystal light, then hot tea in a HUGE mug with tiny bit cream and yes only 2 packets of sweetner!
mini bagel with cream cheese and 5 multigrain crackers, not all at the same time LOL oh! and 8? salt/vinegar stax chips.
well that's all kind of sporatically put together but there it is!
time for my sleepy time stuff I take loads of melatonin to sleep

sleep in a toughie for me..my search for deep hard sleep that is restful is a major issue for me!

Unfortunatly I have fooled myself into thinking I can eat what I like since I can only eat so much without feeling full. I seem to have plataued. I lost 30 pounds in 30 days but have stayed at around 350 for the last week.....

Hmmm I think a daily drop in here would do me good.....Happy Mothers day to all the Mums.......

If anyone has *trouble* eating, remember, protein first, then veggies and fruits, and if you still have space left, the *good* and *wholesome* carbs. 60g protein minimum for the day, and also water, water, water in-between, 64oz water minimum daily. And, don't forget to exercise as well.
