As wrong as I may be Nell, sometimes I think it's good to have a day like that once in a while (very rarely). I think it keeps us on our toes and puts the risk back in our face enough where we can say.....S*** I can't do that again! I know you did great today.
Breakfast: Fage/Protein Powder/Blueberries
Snack: Kavli/Laughing Cow
Lunch: 1/2 a ham and cheese omelet with egg substitute
Snack: Skinny Vanilla Latte
Supper: Smoked Pork Chop/Steamed baby veggies/couple bites of boiled potato
