Breakfast ~ cottage cheese and blueberries
Lunch ~ chicken & dumplings, green beans, apple slices
Dinner ~ couple bites of chicken & dumplings then decided I didn't want them after all and ate steel cut oats instead
Snack ~ I'm gonna need some more protein in so a protein shake it will be.
It's cold here, didn't get above 32 today and when it's cold I sure have a hard time getting in my water!!

Yes Nell I did get my Cinnamon Roll, they are great. I nuked it for 10 seconds and it was wonderful! You should be able to order them in a couple of weeks.

And Cindy that's kinda how I've been feeling today. My portions haven't been kinda small today maybe that's why.
