Supper: Chicken Meatballs in Spaghetti Sauce/Spoonful of Barilla Plus noodles.

Lunch ~ 1/2 cup leftover hash brown casserole
Snack ~ 7 almonds & protein bar
Dinner ~ 1/2 hot link, pinto beans
Snack ~ protein shake
Doing another 5k in the morning, guess I'll skip the cottage cheese and blueberries and eat a protein bar instead. : /

Lunch: 1/2 Filet of fish and 6 french fries from mcdonalds (yikes)
Dinner dunno, but needs to be low cal and protein!!
