Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Nell, I just made a ginormous pot of soup- I use a rotissere chicken from the store, an onion, 2 cups each of chicken broth/water, a can of rotel tomatoes, a can of black beans (drained), and frozen corn. So easy, lots of protein and very little fat/calories. I'm determined to get down below 200# by new years!!

Breakfast: oatmeal, boiled egg
Lunch: vanilla yogurt/tsp granola and string cheese
Snack: roasted cashew pieces
Dinner: Tortilla soup with a few pretzels

Oh, and I'm going to order a few quest bars, I looked at the website today- I'm aiming for the chocolate/peanut butter, vanilla cashew (I think that's it) and chocolate brownie. Can't wait!!

Ohhhh that soup sounds super yummy! I ended up not having soup last night I had a leftover piece of hot link.
I'm going to the store today so I think I'll pick up a rotissere chicken too and make that I have all the other stuff to make tortilla soup here.

Shoot you got this, I know you'll be able to get below 200 by New Years!!

For a snack...I make a cup of chicken "broth" with 2 or 3 heaping spoons of salsa.

Moe, instead of salsa, you should try Rotel tomatoes with green chilis....just the right kick! And so low cal, that's a great idea you came up with.
