Breakfast ~ cottage cheese & blueberries
Lunch ~ 2 meatballs w/sauce .5 oz pasta Snack ~ and this is where it's not good, my son and I made Christmas candy yesterday so I sampled 3 pieces of the candy. Felt like I was a in a sugar coma pretty much the rest of the day!! ugh!
Dinner ~ chicken leg, spoon of mashed potatoes, 1/2 roll
Snack ~ yep ate something else, had the other half of my roll!! ugh!
