Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I have not done well today..but went and took a test for a job & passed! woohoo..moving on to the next level of requirements..done 2 so far, background and this test.. b-coffee w/sweetner & cream 1 protein bar toffee crunch (designer whey) 1 small strip of cooked chicken breast w/garlic&parsely&butter yum stuff Lunch..um..where was that anyway? ..mid afternoon cup? of popcorn and 2 icky bites of a I dunno what it is called but a donut type of thingy..why oh why..ick! I have had 2 diet pepsi caramel cream sodas today..but didn't finish one of 'em..I have cut back on this a LOT! pushing water water...still not to where I want to be on that I mowed the front and back lawn and my glucose dropped..um wonder why?..shaking bad, cooled off, drank water, had a bath and ate a PB cookie that gets that back up but doesn't shoot it up. boneless pork ribs homemade ..2.5 oz? very soft meat. all in all a bad ole day.. Yesterday was better but I succumbed to the darn cake that my step brother brought and it stayed down all of 3 min? and came right back up in a hurry..ewwwww.. not nice! ![]() this is irritating to me but I am facing up to some hard stuff right now and changing my eating to how I used to eat is something I've got to commit to if I'm going to up my physical activity because otherwise my body is not going to be on board with it all.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | ::::sigh:::: I've had company in for the last 10days....and for the first week it was an old friend from High School.... Funny enough, she's been on a diet....losing weight b4 our 20th class reunion this summer. She's done soooo well...lost about 60#'s...and then she comes here to NYC...and is COMPLETELY OFF her diet!! It' freaked me out that she was eating soooo bad, and therefore...I ate GOOD! I was soooo conscious of EVERYTHING I put into my mouth...avoiding all the treats she was buying...and staying far away from the 'fried food'!! Thankfully with all the walking...and good eating...I dropped about a pound and a half! THEN....my Mom came in town this weekend....and ***POOF*** all the good eating went out the window!!! I've been a "carbo-holic"....ugh!! And feel awful!! __________________________________________________ _ Back to the grind....tomorrow....today I was eating this weekends leftovers! B: 1/4 bagel with egg & chz. mid morn coffee w/ ff creamer & splenda L: 1/4 ground chicken burger with provolone (few burnt sweet potato fries) S: leftover "laffy taffy" - UGH! glad these are gone!! (8g's of sugar) mid afternoon hot tea w/ ff creamer & splenda D: 1/8c. linguine w/ 1/4c. tomato sauce w/ shrimp, calamari, & clams. w/ a couple bites of veal & mozzarella. _________________________________________ Thankfully the day is over!!
