Well, Bell, while I think no more cookies is an admirable and worthy goal, try not to be too hard on yourself and remember you now only eat THREE rather than 15. :-) I like reading about what you eat. I notice when you eat something other than fage and blueberries lol

Nell, 'tis the season, dang it. And Claire is sooooo right. I remember one of my favorite "snacks" used to be 1/2 a bag of Oreos and a glass or three of milks. You work out and use your other calories wisely, so that's that.
Breakfast: hard boiled egg and oatmeal
Lunch: Cod with veggie rice, cottage cheese
Snack: Low carb yogurt 4oz
Dinner: not really sure, not really hungry yet.
MsMonica, yesterday I read "15 bean and sausage" as 15 actual beans. Now I'm thinking it's a soup? I was thinking what a great example you are to count out your beans!! :P

I read these everyday too and Ive never added my daily food because since im so early out...it makes for a pretty boring read, lol. anywho, here goes...
b - cottage cheese and a couple pieces of diced peaches
l - mashed potatoes and a little shredded chicken
d - lentil and chicken sausage soup
I also sipped on an Isopure all stinkin day. I havnt had a snack simply because I dont feel empty enough to need one yet. My servings sizes are very small...still only a couple tablespoons.
