Friday Dec. 16th ~ What Have You Been Eating Today
Breakfast ~ cottage cheese & blueberries
Lunch ~ tuna, w/9 baked chips
Snack ~ half Questbar
Dinner ~ 1 small burger w/half slice swiss cheese (I'm paying for eating the bun, I thought I could handle it but it's doing a number on my tummy right now!)
Snack ~ the rest of that bar if I feel I need something, probably not though.

Weight Loss Surgery Insurance

Breakfast: boiled egg and oatmeal
Lunch: homemade tortilla soup and 3 hard pretzels
Snack: low carb yogurt and a few animal crackers (I know!)
Dinner: 1/2 WW red beans and rice with a few tortilla chips
b - cottage cheese and a nibble off of a lemon quest bar (it was yummy, kind of tasted like lemon flavored cookies).
l - veggie beef soup
d - i dunno, probably the rest of my veggie beef soup.

Got my questbars today! First one I'll try is the Coconut Cashew....tomorrow.
Breakfast: Fage/Blackberries
Snack: Hummus/Carrots
Lunch: Meat/Cheese from a chef salad/half a hard boiled egg/little blue cheese dressing
Snack: Questbar
Iced Skinny Vanilla Latte
Supper: Scrambled eggs with salmon and cream cheese/fresh fruit

Ohhh I can't wait to try my lemon questbar!! I loved the cashew flavor and today I had 1/2 of the cinnamon roll flavor, thought it was a bit too sweet though, but still pretty tasty.
