Not my best day, way too much snacking. My Coconut Cashew QuestBar was somewhat disappointing. I'll try the lemon tomorrow.

Breakfast: Blackbean Burger/Fried Egg
Lunch: QuestBar
Snack: Cashews
Snack: Skinny Vanilla Latte
Snack: 2 handsful popcorn at the movies
Supper: MorningStar CornDog, only ate 1/2 it was disgusting so had some boiled shrimp and 1/2 apple

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I liked the coconut cashew but found the cinnamon roll one too sweet. Haven't tried the lemon one yet though.
I did way too much snacking today too! I'll just post the meals I had though! LOL

Breakfast - cottage cheese & blueberries
Lunch - 1/2 cup chili w/ shredded cheddar
Dinner - 1/2 slice pizza & 1 breadstick

Today we had my grandson's birthday party, too many goodies around that I should have stayed away from!!!

ME TOO! I was so pissed at myself last night for caving in again to that crap that I threw it all away! I did not do this last Christmas and I have no idea why I let myself this year. I woke up this morning all bloated and feeling like crap ~ it reminded me that before WLS I always felt like that and I don't like it so it was a good reminder to help keep me on track from here on out!!
