Breakfast: boiled egg and string cheese
Lunch: 1/3 cup cottage cheese and fresh grapes
Dinner: red beans with rice and 4 tortilla chips
Snack: vanilla yogurt
OMG!! Barbie motivated me to toss all my xmas goodies out, carbs, cookies, etc. She was instrumental in me "getting it" in terms of not letting myself slide back into bad habits just because I tolerate most foods. Tough love

I also ordered some questbars that should be here tomorrow.
