Meals
1. 1/2 protein bar
2. 1/2 cup cottage cheese & blueberries
3. lettuce w/boiled egg 1/2 slice ham, .5 oz shredded cheese & 2 tbs. ranch dressing
4. 1/2 protein bar
5. 2 oz. meatloaf, 2 tbs potatoes, some sort of veggie


My trainer said I need to eat right after I get done with my workouts in the mornings I'm not real crazy about eating so early so I figured I'd just do a protein bar, 1/2 was what I could eat this morning, tomorrow morning I don't go to the gym but I'm going to try and stick to my small meals plan ~ he keeps trying to drill it into me that I'm not eating enough, and looking at the above menu it just seems like a lot of food, I need to run the numbers and see what my calorie, carb and protein count is.

OMG!! Barbie motivated me to toss all my xmas goodies out, carbs, cookies, etc. She was instrumental in me "getting it" in terms of not letting myself slide back into bad habits just because I tolerate most foods. Tough love I also ordered some questbars that should be here tomorrow.
