Thursday, Dec. 22nd ~ What Are You Eating Today?
Meals
1. cottage cheese & blueberries
2. 2 chicken nuggets
3. 1.5 oz meatloaf, 4 multigrain crackers w/laughing cow cheese wedge
4. rotisserie chicken, salad, 2 tbs. broccoli noodles
5. if needed, protein shake
My grandson is with me tonight, he loves to eat popcorn when he's here so I'll probably have a bite or two of that as well.
I need to get some water in too, I've been gone most of the day and haven't had a chance to drink much, course I don't want to drink so much that I'll be running to the bathroom all night!! Ha!
