Lunch- Protein Shake
Dinner- small piece of ham, a bite or two of potato salad, and 1 deviled egg (we had our family Christmas dinner today)
1/4 of the pre package cup of SF jello
water water water
4 pieces of cut carrots mashed
1 cup of ricotta cheese with a spoon full of tomato sauce over it..
Oh, I don't even want to admit what I have had today. Let's just say that I really let my guard down for the entire day, and will look to get back on track Christmas day. I won't stress or worry about it, just move forward.
