Monday, Dec. 26th ** What Did You Eat Today?
Breakfast ~ 1/2 cup steel cut oats, boiled egg
Lunch ~ cottage cheese and blueberries
Snack ~ 1.5 oz peanuts
Dinner ~ 2 TBS baked ziti, 1 Italian Sausage, couple bites of salad
ALL holiday foods are out of the house so now I can quit nibbling on stuff and get back to the business of losing weight, over the last 2 weeks I gained almost 3 pounds!! NOT GOOD!! But it will be getting better I'm motivated and going to stay focused.
