Check your calories, may need to up them a bit if you're running alot. I agree, the Chocolate Peanut Butter Questbar is yummy! I think that one and the chocolate brownie are my favorite, then the apple pie!!

Breakfast: Fage/Raspberries/Protein Powder
Snack: Kavli Garlic/Laughing Cow
Lunch: Ham and Cheese Sandwich
Snack: QuestBar (Cinnamon Roll which I first liked, now I don't)
Supper: Chicken/Butternut Squash with Truvia and Cinnamon

Yep I agree up the calories, my trainer told me to do that and it helped me out.

Breakfast ~ cottage cheese and blueberries
Snack ~ protein bar
Lunch ~ cottage cheese and strawberries whole wheat toast
Dinner ~ 2 oz steak, 2 tbs mashed taters, carrots
Snack ~ 1 pig in a blanket, 6 peanuts, 1/2 cheese stick
My oldest son and his family are here we are having a Bowl game party so that's why my snack is not what it would normally be. GO BAYLOR BEARS!!!

breakfast: protein shake
snack: 20 pistachio nuts
lunch: 1/2 chicken bruschetta sandwich (grilled chicken breast, diced tomato w/basil and balsamic olive oil, fresh mozzarella on rustic italian bread)
dinner: teriyaki pork tenderloin, broccoli and cauliflower
desert: homemade carrot cake muffin w/ cream cheese frosting (my daughter made these - she didn't put much frosting on mine because she knows I've been cutting way back on sweets!)
