Breakfast ~ cottage cheese & blueberries, whole wheat toast
Lunch ~ 2 oz. leftover steak, pinto beans (I'm feeling those beans now I do believe!!)
Dinner ~ my son and his family came over and he made a butt load of Italian food, I had just a little bit, no pasta but a small piece of the fried mozzarella and 1 small piece of Bruschetta
Snack ~ clementine and NSA fudgesicle
Not the best of choices at dinner but I'm ok with it since I didn't over do it too bad the & portions were small. |
