also ate ice cream.... today was a grazing type of day - not great, but I could have done much worse

there was a time that the chicken parm that I ate for lunch AND dinner would have been one meal for me - my daughter had some of the ziti that came with me chicken - and there's still more to go

doc, those are pretty food pictures...looked appetizing.

brunch - (got a late start because we stayed up so late, lol). - soyrizo wth scrambled egg mixed in, protein shot
snack - greek yogurt onion dip with mushroom slices
d - pozole with cilantro, lemon juice, and a little shredded cabbage
snack - decaf sugar free latte from Starbucks (yummy and has 13 gms of protein!!!)
