I'm going to have a protein drink later to bump up my protein count so that's not been added to my totals it will up it about 200 calories and 20 in protein.
My trainer wants me to track my food regularly again on their website, I hate doing it for some reason but I know once I get in the habit of doing it again it will be good also helps me to really see just what my counts are.

Nell, is that enough calories? I'm only asking because I'm stalled and I half thought I'd put my body into starvation mode. Also, do you eat back the calories you spend excercising?

| My total calories today ended up being 1225 & 97 grams of protein ~ that's a concern my trainer has that I'm not putting in enough calories with the exercising I'm doing ~ and this is more than I was getting a month ago, he talked me in to upping it then, it's just so hard to wrap my head around the fact that I need to eat more calories and then there's the issue of just getting the extra food down. I did get out of my stall when I upped the calories just a little though.
