Breakfast: Fage/Protein Powder/Chunky Apricot Applesauce
Snack: Carrots/Hummus
Lunch: I'm not telling! It was our holiday lunch at work and we went to Stella's Fish Cafe. Yummy! And I had a glass of wine with lunch.

Supper: Laura's Lean Meatloaf/Fresh Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and Leeks
Snack: WW Latte Bar
Ok, I didn't really do horrible at lunch. I had a roasted beet salad with pear, pecans and goat cheese and added a 5 oz. portion of salmon. Then a few of us "shared" a bite of our fish so I had a bite of swordfish, a bite of lobster and a bite of Parmesan crusted Walleye with Lemon Burre blanc sauce (this one was amazing). I also had a piece of beef called Beef Bites and a few Edamame. And three bites of Red Velvet Cake.
I know it sounds like a disaster but honestly I had one bite of everything and it was all delicious!
Going for a loooooong walk now!
