b - scrambled egg with a dab of greek yogurt and green onion on top
l - hummus with gerber graduates (i know there is no nutritional value in those, but they mush into nothing and allow me to take in more hummus/protein)

Ive also had three cups of nonfat milk throughout the day...bad calorie day.
