Breakfast ~ cottage cheese and blueberries, a couple bites of an english muffin
Snack ~ protein bar
Lunch ~ Tyson grilled chicken nuggets w/bbq sauce
Snack ~ 1 oz cheddar cheese
Dinner ~ hamburger patty wrapped in romaine lettuce
Snack ~ a protein shake or another protein bar...I'm feeling kinda bloated so I'm not sure either will happen
Calories ~ 845
Protein ~ 67
Carbs ~ 59
Fat ~ 36
A protein shake isn't included in my daily totals that would bring it up 210 calories and 25 grams of protein

Cara, I find this a great place to be held accountable. I might suggest to you that you go to a site like myfitnesspal.com and enter your meals into their database to calculate the amount of calories, protein, carbs, fat. It's an eye-opener! I don't think soup is an issue, but it depends what's in it. See you tomorrow!

Quick question: what if I don't know the actual ingredients? Or in the case of homemade food the ingredient quantities. Will it still calculate?

With the online tracker I use if I make something and it's not in the data base I put the main ingredients in the tracker and estimate the calories and all that as best I can. Like tonight I put hamburger patty, pan fried in there and it didn't come up so I had to put in ground beef pan fried, then I just put how many ounces I ate and it gave me the info.
Good to have you back posting here Cara!
