B: 2 boiled eggs w/ff mayo and a bit of jalepeno, applesauce (14g protein)
S: 3 fish sticks (OMG those things are 4 points just for 3) but 12g protein
L: 3 small pieces of pork
D: ham and veggies strained from my soup
S: protein shake with half banana (made w/milk, 25g protein powder =33g protein)
Good news my doctor cleared my to start exercising again tomorrow. Better news my thyroid had no signs of cancer.
