My daily totals include the info for a 6" sub with all the bread, I couldn't figure out on my food tracker what the bread count was so I just let it put the whole sandwich in. Which is why the carb count is so high I'm assuming.

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

Exercise: 60m elliptical plus 30 bike all done with 5lb weights on each leg. How's that for getting back to my routine. Yesterday I did 85m I figure if I could do 90 at the gym over the holidays I can do it at home now that surgery is behind me. I go back to work Monday. I doubt I will be able to do 90m a day except weekends and holidays now. But it's good to know my body can do it.
