lunch:italian wedding soup w/1/4 piece of chicken
snack:2oz piece of meatloaf
dinner:1 piece of chicken/roasted veggies/mashed potatoes
For anyone reading this could you give me any suggestions or let me know if what i am eating sounds ok I am out of surgery since July 12 2011 thanks again any comments welcome and appreciated
