Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

I'm trying to up my calories a little bit again per my trainer's advice, I've been in a stall again for about 3 weeks...he keeps telling me that with the work outs I'm doing I need more fuel for my body. He also wants me to mix up my food a little bit, like don't eat cottage cheese and blueberries every morning!! He did say I could just change up the type of fruit I eat with it if I wanted to. I love having my CC & blueberries though!! I'm going to give it a try though, I really am growing very tired of these stalls!!

Funny that seemed like a lot of protein until you add it up. I exercised 60 minutes again. I am trying to do as well as I did at Anytime Fitness over the holidays. But I can't do 1.5 hours everyday during the work week. So I am d
striving for an hour each day. Then 1.5 on weekend. I don't want to do anything I cannot commit to for life. All that being said the scale doesn't like my plans. It does what it likes. Oh well I will keep doing me and scale will comply eventually. Right?
