I would go ahead and eat what you might normally eat for dinner tonight. In the morning I'd do a protein shake, you don't want to be to overly full but you want to have enough fuel in you to make it through the race, after the race they will probably provide some carbs, the ones I have done usually have candy bars, fruit, granola bars and things like that along with water...I usually grab a bottle of water and fruit, usually a banana, if they have candy bars don't get those!! LOL
Make sure you stay hydrated today too.
Good luck! I'll be thinking about you, I know you will do great!! Let me know how it goes!!
Oh and how's the weather supposed to be there tomorrow?

well, I had my protein shake for breakfast, made the one for lunch, left it in the refrigerator - grrrrr - I'll be searching for broth for lunch - there's a deli across the street - I hope they'll sell me just broth - and I'll have my protein shake for supper when I get home - my guess is I'm going to want to add another smaller shake a little later to make up for the missed lunch one (oops, this is my Friday deal)... Thursday was 3 protein shakes

Tricia if they don't have just broth get some chicken noodle soup and just eat the brothy stuff, that should work ok. You're doing great!!

You're doing great!! | They gave me broth - but they did so grudgingly! They weren't able to get just pure broth, so I'm trying hard to strain it as I'm eating it. I probably look like an idiot, but that's life!!!
I'm trying to not get angry with myself for forgetting my shake - I've been doing the liquid diet for 9 days without a slip and I do something that hairbrained!
