I had my protein shakes and the broth for lunch today because I forgot my lunch shake....
my husband made him and the girls corned beef, potato, carrot, turnip (rutabaga for some of you)... it smelled REALLY good!! and it's one of my favorite meals, but I didn't eat any of it!!

I figure I will indicate the protein up to the 60p requirement, then the rest is my extra protein needed. Does that make sense? I don't always know how much protein is in recipes.
My cacciatore (chicken thighs, onion, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, bag of mixed veggies, red wine). Followed crock pot recipe but added mixed veggies to thicken sauce. Blackeye peas (dry peas, onion, peppers, low fat turkey sausage, ham). I quess you know what I will be eating next week.
