S: 3 protein cookies (15)
L: cup blackeye peas with turkey sausage and ham
S: cheese stick (8) 2 protein cookies (10)
D: chicken cacciatore
S: lentil chips (4)
Large coffee w cream s&l
Medium coffee w cream s&l
Exercise 90 min
I found the recipe for protein cookies on-line. 4 scoops protein, 3 eggs, 1.75 oatmeal, half cup applesauce. I made 26 cookies it comes to 5p each. I would not say they beat oatmeal raisin cookies. But add raisins and it's better than nothing. Is this a bad thing to do? They are roughly 1 point.

Getting over the 200 hump was brutal, then 10 pounds slid off. Maybe what you need to do is EAT- you may be causing your own stall with not taking in enough cals? I began adding salad and things to fill me up between protein, and adding really dense protein like shrimp, tuna. Seems to help, you'll bust it!!
Nell, I did think that questbar was a good start before the race. However, I think I ate it too early, at 6:30 or so and the race was at 10. So, I was feeling a bit hungry when we started. I had a fear of eating too much too close the race and barfing! LOL

Yeah that's always my fear if I eat too close to the race I'll be barfing at some point while running!! LOL
I'm still trying to decide if I'm going to do that 1/2 marathon at the end of March. I want to but I'm just not sure I'm ready, that's a long way to go and I wont be able to run a lot of it I'll have to just keep up with my intervals but if I start it by golly I'm gonna finish it even if everyone else has gone home!! LOL
