| Terrific Tuesday! Jan 31st ** What Did You Eat Today? Today is my weekly cheat meal day as suggested by my trainer, still not sure about this but this is the second week of doing it and so far I've lost weight both weeks. Although as you all know you can't cheat like we would have before WLS but it's still weird eating higher calorie things than I'm used to.
Breakfast ~ small protein shake
Lunch ~ 1 enchilada, 1 taco, few chips with salsa (my cheat meal and I was stuffed to the gills after eating this!)
Snack ~ NSA klondike bar
Dinner ~ cottage cheese and blueberries
Snack ~ if needed, protein shake

LOL Carol I never have moldy cottage cheese, OMG I could eat it for every meal!!
Leslee I agree, about finding a balance but right now I'm having a hard time finding that balance and not feeling guilty when I do eat something that I normally wouldn't. Now with that being said I loved every bite of my lunch today!! LOL
But I'm also feeling like I want to munch on stuff tonight and I'm wondering if it has to do with my lunch choices being so carby or if it's just one of "those" days.

Nell, I'm noticing that I'm wanting to carb it up right now....and my mind knows the right things to do, but my OTHER mind wants to take over. I'm seriously considering hypnosis to calm my stupid fat brain.

Yep! I hear ya, it's so frustrating isn't it? I sure wish they could have done surgery on our brains too!! |
