No racing for me. My knees started to make popping sounds when I ran a mere 10 minutes on the treadmill this week. Until I get a few more pounds off, I will power wall on an incline for 30 minutes. That will be a nice change from so much elliptical and gazelle lately. As of yesterday I am WW offically 209.8, which is below my current mini-goal of 211. Yeah for me.
