Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Lightbulb

forgive me to start but I've taken the last several days to analyze some things about my eating. Of course this issue with the way huge stoma is gonna take some time before anyone can make a decision about "if" it needs to be fixed or 'to fix' it and HOW..urgg..so.

I went back to the beginning and started analyzing what I was doing during my losing time on FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal thank goodness for that site!!

Then I also got the South Beach diet book which I'd had a ton of trouble finding a copy!! who knew!

Anyway when I was training I got a load of criticism for the way I was eating, high fat/high protien/dairy/ lower carbs no grains, few vegetable, no fruits.

So I look over this SOBE deal and discover okey dokey then..I wasn't doing a modified ATkins with higher carb ratio which I'd tracked anally for a loooong time. My pie chart would be in thirds, one each of fat/protein/carb.

Well I was doing high fat, although a lot of the meats I were doing were lean meats--turkey, chicken, smoked ham...I was eating nuts for protein, I was doing plain yoghurt each day, my protein drinks were 1/2 yoghurt and 1/2 whole milk..yet another I was criticized for--whole?! why not NON fat?!

So I look seriously & hard at not only the slow re entry of eating/drinking same time but ALSO the ratios of things and I realize perhaps a "why?" of some of the gain of this 162 -188. scale..(that would be what I weigh NOT the amount of regain thank you!)

Sooo...to make this sucker short as it's gotten long..ROFLagain!

I'm redoing what I'm eating to see if I can get this weight to BUDGE!!! arggg. I've been running again and keeping up with my abs, starting slowly to add in my weights and squat/lunges.

ok then!--bree
