OMG those pancakes were so good, I got the recipe from Bariatric Foodie, I didn't use Atkins bake mix, can't stand that soy taste so I used Bob's Red Mill Farm 7 grain pancake mix. I will be having these again for sure!

D- 2 oz Pulled pork... My house has smelled so good today! I cooked a small pork roast in the slow cooker and made a new sugar free bbq sauce recipe that is definitely a keeper!

Everything is still difficult eating but it was so good. I'll need to try and get another shake in tonight. I think I'll have the Peanut butter/chocolate chip one.

protein shakes and an individual size container of fage greek yogurt (took me over 90 minutes to eat that!!!). I'm seeing people eating 1oz of cottage cheese and other foods and thinking I was wrong to eat the whole thing of fage.... it was 5oz... too much??? it was 12g of protein. Each of my shakes is between 4 & 5 oz
